Scott Webb Concrete was established in 1992, in Independence, Iowa. Beginning with a pickup truck, a handful of tools, and a great deal of determination, Scott Webb set his mind on “making a presence” in the concrete industry. With the support of his family, who continue to be a significant part of the daily operations, and the dedication of his employees, visions of success have become reality. “I cannot say enough about the people who have helped me along the way.
